Jen started her career with 2 work placements as part of her degree: a field sales executive at Danone and a marketing intern at Kimberly Clark. This allowed her to get a feel for FMCG and made her mind up that Sales was the way to go for her – being on the front line and delivering results. Following her graduation, Jen then embarked on a career in sales in FMCG – starting at Nestle selling coffee and chocolate and then moving into the world of soft drinks with Lucozade and Ribena. Having worked across a variety of customers and channels Jen now spends her time leading and coaching a team of account managers. She is really passionate about developing people and seeing them succeed.
