Mandy has over 20 years of experience in customer-focused, fast-paced organisations, the majority of which has been spent in HR. Mandy started her career on a graduate program at Asda supermarkets and after seven years in operational and HR roles, moved to JD Wetherspoon where she spent 10 years, the majority as head of HR for the pub group’s 25,000 operational employees.
Mandy joined Amazon for the first time in 2012 and spent five years leading global HR teams and delivering innovative programs and new working models. Mandy then took a role as HR Director at FirstPort, the UK’s largest property manager where she delivered people strategy and business transformation. Mandy returned to Amazon in 2021 as head of HR for Surface Transportation in Europe and India.
