Alex Edelstein is a Growth Marketing Manager looking after Google’s Global Payments Products: Google Pay, Google Wallet and Chrome Autofill. He works on growing usage of these applications through deep understanding of user needs and responsibly planned email and notification campaigns.
Before moving back to New York City for his Growth Role, Alex spent 2 years in London as a Product Marketing Manager on Google Search, and a previous 1.5 years in San Francisco as a Product Marketing Manager in San Francisco at Google on Google Ads with a focus on events for small and medium businesses. Before his time at Google, Alex was a consultant for Ernst & Young covering clients ranging from Oil and Gas, Higher Education and Product Management. Alex holds a BBA in Management Information System and minors in Japanese Language and Literature as well as Personal and Organizational Behaviour from the University of Georgia.
When not cheering on his university’s American football team (Go Dawgs), you can find him biking around any city looking for the best “hole in the wall” spots to eat, cooking far too elaborate and time-consuming meals for friends, or puppy sitting for his brother’s dog.
