    • Unlockable Rewards require a certain number of credits to unlock. Once your credit Balance is sufficient, we will unlock the reward, and you may select it.  When you select an Unlockable Reward, your Balance will be reduced by the number of credits required to unlock that reward.
    • We will use our reasonable endeavours to provide you with the rewards you unlock and select. Some rewards are limited in number and are offered on a first-come-first served basis. If we cannot provide you with the reward you select, we will inform you and, for Unlockable Rewards, add the credits back to your Balance.
    • We will endeavour to remove rewards which are no longer available from the Site, but there may sometimes be a delay between the reward no longer being available and the website being updated. We accept no liability for any failure to secure any reward due to a delay in updating the Site.
    • Following a request to unlock a reward, it is the responsibility of the Participant to complete the ‘reward: further details’ form sent to each Participant via email.
    • Only after this form has been completed by the Participant can a reward be fulfilled by Apprentice Nation. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that all the details submitted in this form are correct. • We will aim to send rewards within 6 weeks of a valid application being received. Due to the current pandemic, we cannot guarantee this timeframe, but will use our reasonable endeavours to send rewards as soon as practical if we miss this deadline.
    • Rewards can only be sent to addresses in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
