I am a Senior New Product Development Scientist working in Lucozade Ribena Suntory (LRS). I’ve been at LRS for 3 years. My job is to create new liquid for Lucozade and Ribena. Daily work includes prototyping liquid in lab, screening flavors, tasting samples and checking stability to determine the shelf life.
Before coming to LRS, I worked in Research & Development in Suntory Japan for 5 years, working on various category of beverages such as green tea, fruit cordial and flavoured water.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling abroad, hiking and Yoga. My passion is food so every time I go abroad, I always try local specialities as well as niche dishes!
