Brand Manager at Lucozade Energy.

Annabel is the Brand Manager for Lucozade Energy in London. She is a passionate marketer with experience at different fast moving consumer good (FMCG) companies in various categories from yogurt to alcohol and energy drinks!

What Annabel loves about marketing is working with many internal teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Research & Development) and external agencies to execute a project. If you love working with people, Annabel believes Marketing is a good option for you!

Annabel’s journey involved her attending the University of Birmingham, studying Business Management for 4 years. This included a year in industry. Marketing was an area she always performed well in and enjoyed, so this felt like a no-brainer for her to pursue as a career.

She later undertook an internship scheme at General Mills as an Assistant Brand Manager for all kids (Petits Filous, Frubes & Wildfire), adult (Liberte), private label (i.e. supermarket own brand) and license (i.e. Peppa Pig yogurts) yogurt brands. This is where Annabel gained a lot of valuable skills and experience in local Marketing.

Annabel also has experience in Global Marketing through South African alcohol company, Distell; She worked with the second biggest cream liqueur brand in the world and a whisky brand.

When Annabel isn’t in the exciting world of marketing, she enjoys plant-based cooking and baking, going for a run, and listening to music.
