Role: Associate Product Marketing Manager, Google
Talk to Rahul about his journey from GCSEs to where he is now and all the different hurdles along the way.
Rahul Patel is an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Google. He has a split role, meaning he works 50% of his time across two different areas. He spends 50% of his time working with Google Ads Sales teams and enhancing the experience for customers & clients for UK & Ireland. The other 50% is spent on Innovation & Strategy for Think with Google UK.
Alongside this, Rahul has a keen interest in Fashion, Gaming and Startups. He has helped many companies get going and understand what steps they need to take in order to scale and grow.
Rahul didn’t finish his A Levels or University Degree, but managed to land a full time role at Google via an Apprenticeship. Before joining Google, Rahul worked in a technical consultancy which he got into from his raw passion of technology shortly after leaving school.
