Simmane Bangura is a Director who works with organisations across the global to recruit diverse technology and digital transformation staff. As a Director Simmane recently played a pivotal role in scaling a recruitment business from £12m into a £70m turnover during his 8 year tenure, applying his principles and ethos before setting up his own business in 2019, which is already a £4m turnover business.

Simmane started his career in IT Recruitment as a business graduate recruiter in 2000. He quickly became a highly proficient recruiter, achieving market leading results through his customer centric approach, retaining his customers for years and found his true passion in leading others and making a significant impact in business. Today Simmane is giving his time to pro-active initiatives to help other in the wider community secure leadership career opportunities, as well driving forward his own business.
