Stephen is an innovator, designer and evaluation expert. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Turning Basin Labs, a co-operative employment agency in the Bay Area, California. He is also the founder of design agencies The Social Innovation Partnership (UK) and Path Group (USA) and has advised Nesta, Big Society Capital, Big Lottery Fund, Mayor’s Fund for London, Bloomberg Philanthropies and Marks and Spencer, among others. He is a Trustee for UnLtd and the Barbican Centre.
