FAQs

How do I get my Credentials for completing a programme?

If you have completed the required modules or content of your programme, you will automatically be awarded your digital certificate and credential. Digital credentials are issued  by email and sent directly to you through City & Guilds. A printed certificate will be sent to the address you provide City & Guilds upon programme completion. 

How long are the Apprentice Nation programmes?

Work Ready Programme: Is estimated to be 3 hours, consisting of a 1 and a half hours of on-demand video content, a 1 hour webinar, and a 30 minute mentor session.

What do I get?

As well as a fantastic feeling of pride, you’ll get a digital certificate delivered to your inbox which you can print as required. You’ll also be featured on our list of certified members / hall of fame.

Can I tell my college / employer?
