Role: Managing Director, Global Brands for Havas Creative Group (London)

Named a winner in Campaign UK’s 2022 40 over 40 awards, Tamara is a Managing Director, Global Brands for Havas Creative Group based in London.

Tamara oversees some of the agencies biggest global relationships including new client win Harman as well as Randstad and JLL.

She is highly skilled at successfully managing complex global client organizations and relationships.  She has worked on iconic brands such as: 3M, Diet Coke, Sprite, UPS, and Belvedere Vodka.

She is the executive sponsor of Havas London’s Black Plaque Project that swept the 2021 awards circuit winning a Gold Cannes Lion in Design, a Gold Eurobest in Brand Experience plus medals at D&AD, One Show, LIA, Creative Circle, and others. The Black Plaque Project commemorates the many contributions that Black Britons have made to the UK through the installation of a black plaque in their name.

Tamara is a founding member of Havas UK’s Executive DE&I Committee: driving the UK group’s plans and programs around diverse representation, recruitment, and retention. She also helped create DE&I tools that are open source for the industry such as Havas’ Press Pause Policy and its Talent Casting Principles.

Prior to joining Havas, Tamara worked at Forsman & Bodenfors (formerly Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners), WPP creative shop Berlin Cameron and she started her career at MullenLowe.

Passionate about fitness, impact and community, Tamara is a trustee for Good Gym a UK charity where volunteers run/walk/cycle to support isolated older people with practical tasks.
