With over 7 years’ experience in early career recruitment, Kema joined Microsoft in 2017 with three goals in mind. One to work with the biggest technology in the world, two to show up at work every day as her true authentic self and three and probably the most important create opportunities for every person no matter where they came from. Since working at Microsoft Kema has had countless chances to bring her passions to work through projects with Microsoft’s employee resource groups such as Women at Microsoft and BAME, collaboration across HR and other business segments and philanthropic work. Outside of Microsoft Kema loves travelling, being active and spending time with family and friends.
