The Youth Advisors Network (YAN) is a transformative 6-month programme tailored for 16-24-year-olds in the early stages of their career journey. Whether you’re taking your first career steps, exploring diverse opportunities, or seeking to enhance your current role, YAN equips you with the skills, confidence, and mindset to unlock your potential and achieve your goals.

Throughout the programme, YAN members gain access to:

  • Interactive workshops led by expert guest speakers, covering essential topics such as communication, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Exclusive work experience opportunities designed to broaden horizons and build real-world skills.
  • Personalised mentoring and 1:1 support to provide guidance and advice tailored to individual career aspirations.

Assured by City & Guilds, the YAN programme prioritises both personal and professional development. You’ll build resilience, improve communication, and enhance your ability to navigate challenges in work and life with confidence.
